1. Shopping with Netyark
These terms apply to the Netyark Mall website at netyarkmall.com, including purchases made with an account or as a guest. In these terms, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ mean the Netyark Mall business responsible for your order. ‘You’ means the person using the website or placing an order.
Read these terms before ordering. You can save or print this page using your browser. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled; acknowledging it is not permission to send you marketing. Contact our team if anything is unclear.
2. Accounts and safe use
You do not need an account to place an order. Account sign-in uses a phone number and a one-time verification code (OTP). Verifying a new number creates an account. Use a number you control and provide accurate contact and delivery information.
You must be legally able to enter into the purchase, or have a parent or guardian place the order for you. Do not impersonate another person, use payment details without permission, interfere with the website, bypass security or stock limits, or submit unlawful material.
Keep your OTP, payment PIN and order-access links private. We will not ask for these in a support chat. Tell us promptly if you suspect someone has accessed your account. We may restrict access to address fraud, security threats or misuse, without removing your rights concerning an existing order.
3. Products, options and stock
Check the product description, specifications, included items, selected colour or size, quantity and price before ordering. Photographs help illustrate an item; screen settings may affect how colours appear. Decorative objects in a photograph are not included unless the listing says they are.
Some products require an option to be chosen before they can be added to the cart. Availability can change while you shop. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Stock and prices are checked again at checkout, and an unpaid order’s temporary stock reservation may expire.
We aim to keep listings accurate. If a material mistake or an availability problem affects your order, we will contact you rather than substitute a materially different item or increase a confirmed charge without your agreement. An inaccurate description does not remove your right to a remedy.
4. Prices, discounts and payment
Prices are shown in Ghana cedis (GHS/GH₵). Review the final merchandise total and any applicable discounts before paying. Coupon and promotional eligibility, dates, limits and conditions are checked by the system. A coupon in a cart is not a guarantee that an expired or ineligible offer will apply.
Payment is handled through Paystack using the methods shown on its payment page. Netyark does not ask you to enter a full card number, CVV or mobile-money PIN on our website. Your bank, network or payment provider may have its own terms.
A browser redirect, screenshot or payment attempt alone is not confirmation of payment. We check payment status with the provider. Keep your order number and payment reference. If you believe you were debited but your order does not show paid, contact us before making another payment.
Transactions explicitly made in a test-payment environment are for testing and do not represent a real payment. Do not assume a test payment has purchased or paid for goods.
5. Placing and following an order
You can review and correct the cart and delivery details before submitting an order. An order number acknowledges that an order has been recorded; it is not by itself proof of payment or dispatch. The payment and fulfilment status shown for your order explain its progress.
Account customers can view their orders after signing in. Guest customers should keep their order number and the secure order page provided after checkout. Guest access may depend on the original browser and may expire. If you lose access, contact support; we may verify that the order belongs to you before sharing details.
We use the order’s contact number for essential SMS updates and delivery coordination. Account notifications and mobile push, where available, remain separate ways to see updates. Message delivery depends on your network and the accuracy of your number, so keep your order reference for follow-up.
6. Delivery arrangements
Checkout collects the recipient’s name and phone number, region, city or town, area and street/house details. A landmark, GhanaPost GPS address and delivery instructions can help our team find you. Only provide another person’s details if you are authorised to do so.
Delivery is coordinated directly by our team after the order is placed. The website does not calculate or include a delivery charge in the merchandise total. This is not a promise of free delivery or a guaranteed delivery time. Ask the team about the arrangements before ordering if they affect your decision. No undisclosed additional charge is authorised by accepting these terms.
We will communicate the delivery arrangements and any delay. Unless a different period is agreed, the statutory order-performance period applies. These arrangements do not override any mandatory requirement to disclose the full transaction price before a contract is concluded.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
For an order change, cancellation, wrong item, damage or a fault, contact us with your order number and a short description. Photographs can help us investigate but are not a condition of exercising a legal right. Please contact us promptly and keep relevant packaging where practical. Ask for return instructions before sending goods to an unconfirmed address.
Under Ghana’s Electronic Transactions Act, eligible online goods purchases have a 14-day cancellation period after receipt, without giving a reason or paying a penalty. Statutory exceptions apply, including certain perishable or personalised goods and unsealed audio/video recordings or software. Any return cost must be one the law permits. This does not limit remedies for faulty, wrong or misdescribed goods.
If goods are unavailable, the Act requires notification and a refund within seven days of that notification. It also sets disclosure, performance and other refund obligations. We will apply the rights and deadlines relevant to your transaction; an internal review or provider process does not remove them.
Refunds require verification of the order and payment. We will explain the applicable remedy and payment route. Never send an OTP, PIN or full card details to obtain a refund. Any additional product warranty will be stated in the listing or supplied with the product. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
8. Website content and optional services
Netyark branding, original website content and licensed product materials belong to their respective owners. You may use the website and save information needed for your purchase, but may not misrepresent the business or unlawfully reuse protected material.
Image search, when enabled, suggests similar products rather than guaranteeing an exact match. Check the product details before buying. Upload only images you are entitled to use and avoid identity documents, payment information or private photographs of other people.
Support chat and external links may use other providers. Their own terms may apply when you use their services. A development credit or an external portfolio link does not make that website the seller of Netyark products.
9. Problems, changes and your legal rights
We take reasonable care in operating the website, but interruptions can occur. Contact us if a technical problem affects a purchase. We do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to defective goods, misleading descriptions or our payment-security obligations.
Ghanaian law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protection that applies to you. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. You remain free to use the appropriate regulator, dispute-resolution process or competent court; these terms do not force private arbitration or waive statutory rights.
We may update these terms and show a new version and date. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order. Where a material change needs fresh agreement, we will request it rather than treating silence as acceptance.
